Monique has handled 3 property transactions for me. 2 sales and 1 purchase. During always stressful times, Monique was prompt in getting info back and forth to me and making appointments for inspections, etc. Open houses may not have been done by her all of the time, but she was consistent about having them to ensure my properties were being seen.
