I wish there was a 10 star option, because that is what Monique deserves! We had gone through a long search process already before connecting with Monique, we were feeling deflated and unconfident that we would get a house in such a tough market and based on our journey already but she said NO WE ARE GETTING YOU A HOUSE! & she did just that! Not only found us our home, she filled us with knowledge along the way, being first time home buyers we were nervous and scared (this is only the biggest decision of your life) but she explained everything in detail, detail we could understand, showed patience (so much patience) and took time to build a trust. She took the leg work out of everything for us, showings (video recording when we couldn’t make it), finding a lender (that was a good match for us), inspector, plumber, cleaning lady (she was awesome too by the way), carpet cleaner, you name it! She really guided us through the process in a way that made us feel comfortable and confident about our decision and I can’t thank her enough for that!
