Monique was great to work with. I would definitely have her assist me to purchase a property again. I’m moving from Oregon to California to be closer to family and friends. We found a property in Atascadero that has an ADU. It definitely needs work but she was aware that I could see the potential in the property. During the purchasing process I wanted to do additional inspections on the plumbing, gas lines and electrical lines. I could not be there during this time due to still living in Oregon. Monique went out and provided my list of questions to the plumber and electrician and stayed there for the inspections to be completed. Monique was professional and very responsive to all of my questions regarding the property and purchasing process. She is a realtor that really works for you.
