Working with Monique and Dario was an incredible experience! They went not only above and beyond as realtors, but also very professional, quick and efficient. As a first time homebuyers, we were apprehensive in the beginning but they easily walked us through the entire process. On the closing day, Monique was awesome! We were nervous about signing all the paperwork with our toddler running around, but she was able to entertain our daughter as she brought so many things that distracted her for over 2 hours. We could not be happier! Also, their whole team including the bank, title company, home insurance, etc were so helpful, professional and proactive. We can definitely say finding the perfect home is not easy, especially in Florida and in the middle of a pandemic, but our process was very smooth thanks to the Ayala Group and their team.
