Trustworthy, Honest, Hardworking, great marketing, knowledgeable: Had over asking offer in 3 days!
Monique and Dario have been our realtors since we purchased our home in FL they were patient honest and caring for us as young first time home owners now we just sold our home and they were right there with us through the entire process again and they don’t miss perfection all around! Forever our realtors.
Monique and Dario are very knowledgeable real estate agents. Their teamwork and assistance always had our best interest at heart. They are very patient, understanding, realistic, and supportive. This was our first time buying a house and even during this scary market, Monique and Dario put us at ease with their positive attitude and outlook. I would choose them over again!
Best͏ Realtors Ever! We͏ found Dario and Monique by chance, while attending an open house they were hosting. We immediately could tell we wanted to work with them. They both were very knowledgeable on the entire process and guided us through it. They listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly that. They made sure we loved the property before making an offer, and we never felt pressured to just settle. We love our new house and are so grateful we used their company. If we ever move in the future, we will definitely use them again!

Monique help me during all process until the end
We got our dream home in the neighborhood we wanted, at the right price. In an environment where everything was going for $20-$60K over asking, they were able to keep it reasonable negotiating with the realtor and owner. I would definitely recommend them for your next home purchase.
Monique is great to work with. She helped me through a complex real estate transaction. She told me exactly what I needed to due from a legal perspective to sell my deceased brother's house quickly. Monique guided me to select the best buyer for the house. Monique and her husband Dario work great as a team together! Dario helped me to get started down a difficult path. I would recommend both of them to sell a home. They pushed to get me the best offer I could get and as quickly as possible. Thanks Dario and Monique!
My husband and I made a long distance move from Pittsburgh, Pa to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We chose Dario and Monique to make this transition as smooth as possible. They both worked together to find us a rental big enough for our family. This well awaited move was definitely worth it. When we decided it was time to by our forever Florida home... they showed us condos, townhomes and single family homes. We could not decide what and where our forever home would be. Dario and Monique had such great patience with us and we are now in our single family home. We are very extremely happy we chose this real estate team!
The title says it all and its TRUE! Monique and Dario Ayala are blessings! These two are truly angels, I don't know where to begin but I can't thank them enough for what they did for my family and I. I have had my fair share of realtors but these two stole my heart. Both are determined, caring and hard working individuals. Before buying a house they both took the time to really see what questions I had and also hear my game plan out. Although the first two times it was on my own terms that I decided not to buy, they were compassionate, understanding and really supportive of my decision. When I expressed why, there was no judgement or being pushy. They simply knew that I was not ready and always mentioned when I was to reach out, even if I had any questions. Buying a house can be stressful, it can be demanding and it can be heartbreaking because of the events that can take place during the process. I can say when it did get stressful I was grateful to have these two in my corner. Its very rare that I leave reviews but this one had to be known. Dario and Monique worked tirelessly to find us our home, not once did they get unprofessional, not once did they turn down going to look at a house and if it was what I call a stupid question they answered what ever I needed, even late at night. There were times where I saw something and they would offer to go look that day or after work, when they say they want you to be happy, and LOVE your home that you are buying, they MEAN IT! I remember there was a house that I wanted to put an offer in and we looked twice, I remember being pushy and they told me to be patient. I am glad that they did, we now have a house that we absolutely LOVE and are SUPER happy with! Dario and Monique THANK YOU again for EVERYTHING!!! Please know that if you go with the Ayala team, you will not be let down.
