The title says it all and its TRUE! Monique and Dario Ayala are blessings! These two are truly angels, I don't know where to begin but I can't thank them enough for what they did for my family and I. I have had my fair share of realtors but these two stole my heart. Both are determined, caring and hard working individuals. Before buying a house they both took the time to really see what questions I had and also hear my game plan out. Although the first two times it was on my own terms that I decided not to buy, they were compassionate, understanding and really supportive of my decision. When I expressed why, there was no judgement or being pushy. They simply knew that I was not ready and always mentioned when I was to reach out, even if I had any questions. Buying a house can be stressful, it can be demanding and it can be heartbreaking because of the events that can take place during the process. I can say when it did get stressful I was grateful to have these two in my corner. Its very rare that I leave reviews but this one had to be known. Dario and Monique worked tirelessly to find us our home, not once did they get unprofessional, not once did they turn down going to look at a house and if it was what I call a stupid question they answered what ever I needed, even late at night. There were times where I saw something and they would offer to go look that day or after work, when they say they want you to be happy, and LOVE your home that you are buying, they MEAN IT! I remember there was a house that I wanted to put an offer in and we looked twice, I remember being pushy and they told me to be patient. I am glad that they did, we now have a house that we absolutely LOVE and are SUPER happy with! Dario and Monique THANK YOU again for EVERYTHING!!! Please know that if you go with the Ayala team, you will not be let down.
