Monique was great! We are originally from NJ and were looking to purchase in FL, so we were not 100% about the areas. She had the answers that we needed. Also, we were on a tight time schedule with flying in and only being there for a few days and Monique packed in as much as she could that she truly believed we would love. She was able to help us find what worked best for our family. We clicked Monique right from the start. She is friendly, honest, reliable and just an overall pleasure to work with. With tears in my eyes, I can't begin to express the gratitude and appreciation I have for Monique Ayala and her team. From the very beginning Monique took the time to understand me as an individual and what I desired in a home. Once she understood my family situation she immediately began working to first find me a home that would both meet my needs and fulfill my desires. During the process, things took a drastic turn as it relates to the financing of my home but with 3 weeks until closing, Monique helped me to remain calm and assured me that she would help to get things worked out. And she did just that by taking the time to connect me with a different lender, calling me throughout their approval process, and on July 6, 2018 I was able to close on my 1st home!
