We came to Monica with unusual needs. After looking for a long time in Ohio, we decided to move closer to our kids in Kentucky. Monica worked with us for months to try and find something that would work for us. When we found the right house she helped us get in quickly and negotiated with the sellers to make it happen. They had multiple offers and with Monica's help, they chose ours. I hope we never have to move again but if we do, I will definitely be giving Monica a call.
