We were selling a house about two hours away from us which can be quite challenging, especially when work needs to be done prior to the sale. Monica was AMAZING. She made it so easy. She took care of everything...literally almost everything. She was super responsive and had connections to contractors that made getting the work done so much easier. Monica was amazing! We initially started with another realtor who was assigned to us by our relocation services, but they weren’t responsive. Monica on the other hand was exactly what we needed. She did a great job communicating with us and keeping us informed along the way. She helped us plan out all the homes we wanted to see and coordinated it around our hectic schedules.
