Mitzi was awesome! She answered every question and she sold my house as the best price I could get. She fought for me when the buyers thought they could pull one over on me. She also was at every appointment even after she had her baby.
Mitzi is currently my real estate agent helping me sell a house in Wheatland, CA. Unlike 10 or so other agents that I interviewed Mitzi immediately sent me a detailed 10+ page market analysis report and followed up with me continuously until I was ready to place the house on the market. Looking at the reviews for Mitzi one might think that her friends or family are logging on and hyping her up but I assure you that is not the case!! I came to Mitizi on a recommendation from one of my friends that live in the area because I no longer live in California. From the first phone call she was very attentive to what I wanted and hit the ground running! What really stuck out was how accurate her knowledge of the local area and the market was, her initial predictions turned out to be pretty much spot on. With me not living in the same state she took on some tasks that I'm sure were above and beyond the call of duty and made the whole thing for me just about as stress free as possible. She coordinated pictures, was there to receive appliances (even if they came in late), met inspectors and appraisers, coordinated repairs, and made sure the house had everything it needed (smoke detectors, outlet covers etc) even if she had to do it herself. I understand that it's easy for people to just brush off a lot of this stuff of as expected things a real estate agent should do but I feel she went well above the norm. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and above all caring. I would recommend her services every time to anyone looking for a realtor. She has earned and deserves every five star review!!!!!!
Mitzi is amazing! I truly can't put into words how above and beyond she went for me. I’m a first time home buyer and was looking to buy in Sacramento. We were first time buyers with very new credit. Happened across mitzi on Facebook when she posted about a home for sale. She helped us get us approved and had us looking at houses in the areas we liked with in a week. Finely found our home we loved and put in a offer the very next day. After a few days of negotiating back and fourth they accepted our offer and we went into escrow. I would love to tell you all that it was a cut and dry process but it was far from that. If any thing could go wrong it did. Our escrow dragged on and on with every snag that could happen did happen. We were just about to say enough is enough and walk from it but mitzi held us together and kept the escrow from falling apart she went above and beyond in so many ways most would not have. Very energetic and responsive. We found the perfect house and closed our deal. We had a very limited time frame, and she made it happen. She seemed very honest and straightforward.
