Mitzi helped me sell my old home and skillfully navigated the home buying process of a new build. So many bumps and set backs by the builder but she was a great advocate. She even helped us look at other homes when we felt like maybe the new build wasn't right for us after all. After all off the ups and downs in real estate she was amazing and ontop of it all. Mitzi is currently my real estate agent helping me sell a house in Wheatland, CA. I have spent the past 6 months interviewing and testing out real estate agents to be sure I find the best agent that is willing to work for me. Unlike 10 or so other agents that I interviewed Mitzi immediately sent me a detailed 10+ page market analysis report and followed up with me continuously until I was ready to place the house on the market. Weekly personal emails and phone call follow-ups have been regular. Any follow-up market analysis or questions I have, she was more than happy to answer. She has helped guide me through having the current tenants stay in the house while we sell it and also has arranged multiple open houses. Looking at the reviews for Mitzi one might think that her friends or family are logging on and hyping her up but I assure you that is not the case!! I came to Mitizi on a recommendation from one of my friends that live in the area because I no longer live in California. From the first phone call she was very attentive to what I wanted and hit the ground running! What really stuck out was how accurate her knowledge of the local area and the market was, her initial predictions turned out to be pretty much spot on. With me not living in the same state she took on some tasks that I'm sure were above and beyond the call of duty and made the whole thing for me just about as stress free as possible. She coordinated pictures, was there to receive appliances (even if they came in late), met inspectors and appraisers, coordinated repairs, and made sure the house had everything it needed (smoke detectors, outlet covers etc) even if she had to do it herself. I understand that it's easy for people to just brush off a lot of this stuff of as expected things a real estate agent should do but I feel she went well above the norm. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and above all caring. I would recommend her services every time to anyone looking for a realtor. She has earned and deserves every five star review!!!!!!

We were first time buyers with very new credit. Happened across mitzi on Facebook when she posted about a home for sale. She helped us get us approved and had us looking at houses in the areas we liked with in a week. Finely found our home we loved and put in a offer the very next day. After a few days of negotiating back and fourth they accepted our offer and we went into escrow. I would love to tell you all that it was a cut and dry process but it was far from that. If any thing could go wrong it did. Our escrow dragged on and on with every snag that could happen did happen. We were just about to say enough is enough and walk from it but mitzi held us together and kept the escrow from falling apart she went above and beyond in so many ways most would not have. I can not recommend mitzi enough. I promise if your looking for the person to go to bat for you and a life time friend give mitzi a call and let her help you get your dream house
