Mitzi was a God-send when we were started our house hunting in California (we were living in Texas at the time). She navigated us through some pretty turbid waters from issues that arose at the last minute and were not taken care of by the mortgage company. On our first morning back in California Mitzi was at the title company with us when we closed the loan. You simply cannot go wrong with Mitzi by your side on your house hunting expedition.

Mitzi was extremely accommodating with both of our full time work and school schedules. She never presented a house outside of our price range, and she made us feel like the entire process was really about us. She was very in tune to not only our budget, but what we wanted and what we didn't want in our house. The house that we ended up buying was actually a house that she found because she knew we loved the neighborhood-- she essentially dropped everything in her schedule to drive all the way from Lincoln to Sacramento to show us the house. She was constantly on top of EVERYTHING through the entire process, and I don't see why we would ever go to any other realtor ever again. Thanks Mitzi!
