Really smooth process and great communication

Mitzi was extremely accommodating with both of our full time work and school schedules. She never presented a house outside of our price range, and she made us feel like the entire process was really about us. She was very in tune to not only our budget, but what we wanted and what we didn't want in our house. The house that we ended up buying was actually a house that she found because she knew we loved the neighborhood-- she essentially dropped everything in her schedule to drive all the way from Lincoln to Sacramento to show us the house. She was constantly on top of EVERYTHING through the entire process, and I don't see why we would ever go to any other realtor ever again. Thanks Mitzi!

Mitzi was of great help when I bought my first home. She was knowledgeable of homes for sale and had the patience to work with me as I searched for the home I wanted. We just closed on our home recently with Mitzi. We are military, used a VA loan, and bought site unseen in an extremely seller friendly market (not at all an ideal situation). There were a few moments of frustration throughout the buying process, as should be expected, but throughout the entire process Mitzi had a creative, fast, and effective solution to the problem each and every time. She was always available and able to assist (by phone, text, or email) in a fast moving market and more than willing to go the extra mile without even having to ask. Customer service like what Mitzi offers is not common in today's world and she made having to make the biggest investment of our familes' lives considerably easier by just being one step ahead each and every time there was a situation.
