There were a few moments of frustration throughout the buying process, as should be expected, but throughout the entire process Mitzi had a creative, fast, and effective solution to the problem each and every time. She was always available and able to assist (by phone, text, or email) in a fast moving market and more than willing to go the extra mile without even having to ask. Customer service like what Mitzi offers is not common in today's world and she made having to make the biggest investment of our familes' lives considerably easier by just being one step ahead each and every time there was a situation. She cares about the individual customer, her family, her community, and the people around her and it shows.
