She also walked us through all the paperwork and texted us when an urgent one had just been sent. She patiently stayed with us on our very frustrating financial journey, and she spotted things in houses that were not good, which helped us to avoid buying a disaster--even before an inspection ever happened! Misty helped US buy a house, and she was so awesome that we passed her on to my sister, who ALSO bought a house with Misty's guidance. She's great!!
