Mike's a professional. He's responsive, he took the time to understand what we wanted and, more importantly, WHY we wanted certain properties. We live away from the area so Mike made the extra effort of ensuring that we knew all that we could about the properties before we bought- including sending us videos as he walked the inside and outside of the properties, tons of pictures and was available by phone and email at all times to answer questions.
