In the end, only do to Mike's knowledge of the housing market and his hard work, was I able to sell my fathers house for an amount that surpassed what we would have received if we sold it by owner. Mike did a fantastic job helping us sell my father's home after he passed away. I would highly recommend Mike Williams … we just purchased a home in Carlsbad in which he was the seller's agent, but with a very difficult escrow on our other end with many delays, he was juggling both sides to take care of everyone involved which he did extremely effectively!
