Mike is a very detail oriented realtor. He walked us through his strategy to sell our home. He provided several options, but never sold us on one or the other. Mike prepared us well on what to expect, before it happened. Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical, but went along with his advice. He staged the house, and enhanced its curb appeal. When two offers were presented back to back, he walked us through each, which made it easier to decide which one to select. He was there through out the sales process and always available. If you seek a counselor, that makes the process enjoyable, Mike’s your guy.
