Mike delivered a very smooth selling experience of our fathers house..He was very professional and papers were all completed in a timely manner. Mike also helped us with a few repairs and knew "a Guy" that could complete these repairs prior to FHA inspection. I was thrilled to have a contract near asking price in 4 weeks and a prompt closing. Throughout the process, Mike kept me informed and updated on showings and inquiries.
