I had a unique experience and challenged Mike to react quickly. There was a listing very close to me and we needed more living space. The same day I received my pre- approval letter we were hard at work to look at this listing. Before you know it, we were able to work out an offer with the sellers. I was already a day or two behind since it was already getting offers. I was worried that we had missed our opportunity since there hasn’t been many listings in my price range, but Mike was able to work with the listing agent and we and myself, we closed in a few weeks after the paperwork, appraisals and inspections.
