I had a unique experience and challenged Mike to react quickly. There was a listing very close to me and we needed more living space. The same day I received my pre- approval letter we were hard at work to look at this listing. Before you know it, we were able to work out an offer with the sellers. I was already a day or two behind since it was already getting offers. I was worried that we had missed our opportunity since there hasn’t been many listings in my price range, but Mike was able to work with the listing agent and we and myself, we closed in a few weeks after the paperwork, appraisals and inspections. I just closed on my first house working with realtor Mike Meszaros of Chris Bailey's Realty Business "Bailey & Associates Real Estate Team". I had a great experience over the past 6 months. Mike was very helpful in walking me through the process of buying a home, answering questions, reaching out to seller realtors, doing many digital walkthroughs and generally being a good servant in making this happen. Mike was always honest, and several times suggested a particular property may not meet my needs because of structural issues, even when I liked the property. I appreciated the candor even when it lowered his chances of getting a quick sale. His associates were also very helpful in answering my questions and making the process move forward. I want to mention that the home inspector Mike hired was especially good, catching many subtle things and was careful to withhold giving approval until after he was sure the house didn't have major issues. It took 6 months to find the right house, fighting through post-covid era high pricing due to low housing inventory. I never felt like Mike lost patience. In the event I need to move I plan on reaching out to Mike and Chris for future assistance.
