Mike was very easy to work with. He understands the market in all it's ups and downs in my area. He listened to what I wanted and needed. He gave me sound advice. I would definitely use him again when I am ready to by my next property.

Mike did a great and fast job at selling my home so I could move back out of state. He is very knowledgeable and good at negotiating. He always answers his phone when I called. When I move back to Florida I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

We changed direction and sure enough he was right. It was the right place and we wanted to make a offer. This was not your simple closing. It was being sold by the mother who owned it and two son all of wish lived out of state. We were paying a lot of money to stay in a motel. Well Mike got to work. He did the impossible, form the day we made the offer to closing was just under 30. It was trying but Mike took care of all the details and made sure we were informed at all times. No pressure just great knowledge and lots of hard work. If you need someone who will work for you Mike is the one. Will be using his knowledge and work ethics again very soon.
