Mary helped us purchase the house in 2014, and she was our only choice to sell the house. Mary used her years of experience in the Plymouth community to offer the house for sale in January. The housing inventory was limited and interest rates were going up in the spring. Mary helped us complete the paperwork and provided an impressive online listing video. Mary helped us use the application that notified us when someone was going to look at the house. Mary was always available to answer questions, encourage us and interface with the other realtors. Once the purchase agreement was in place Mary worked with us dealing with the inspection and appraisal getting to a final agreement. During the closing Mary's experience helped facilitate the wire transfer of the funds. Mary is a good friend and a trustworthy person.
