I wouldn’t be calling Sarasota home without him! Michael patiently walked with me through all the houses, in all the subdivisions, that met my needs. He guided me through the negotiation process and even got estimates from contractors on the work that needed to be done.That was especially helpful because I wouldn’t have known where to start or who to call.
