I have had my real estate license for nearly ten years now and I chose on more than one occasion to have Michael handle my transactions for me due to his detailed approach. Michael is absolutely the best realtor I have ever worked with. This is the second property he has sold for us and he will be selling two more. I cannot recommend him highly enough. In the case of this property, he once again gave us an aggressive price and sold the property quickly, while other agents were pushing a much lower price. He quickly figured out what we needed to do to get the property market-ready, and he took care of the work of providing a handyman and making them happen quickly. When we went to contract, he was a great negotiator. When a couple of problems came up during the inspection and selling process, he helped to resolve them through strong negotiation while representing our interests all the way.
