When we started looking for a home in Arizona, Mike came highly recommended to us by several family members who had also had Mike help them find their homes. Within a few hours of contact with Mike, he had sent us over a dozen homes that fit our criteria, and the next day we went out to look at the first ten. Mike made a great list, because it didn't take more than that first day to find the house we were looking for. Throughout the entire process Mike was quick to respond to any questions that I had. I had a last minute work trip pop up which would have me out of town for the closing date, and Mike quickly provided a solution that allowed me to do my job and still close on time. While I was out of town, the seller had some issues getting moved out on time for closing day, which could have caused issues with the lender recalling the wire-transferred closing funds, and yet again Mike moved quickly to resolve the problem. There's no doubt in my mind, if you need a realtor around Phoenix, go with Mike!
