Mike helped my wife and I (and 4 kids) move into our first home rather quickly despite the unfavorable market. He knew the VA Home Loan process and explained everything in great detail. Let me tell you something. My wife and I were trying so hard to buy a home. This man went with us on facetime when we lived in another part of the country and did a visual inspection that went far beyond what we were used to by an agent. Mike is one of those individuals that truly cares for his clients. Everything from the inspection process to closing was done is such a delicate manner. When the inspection found issues Mike came up with a solution that worked amazingly by getting the seller to cover most of the home insurance to cover those repairs. What’s more he did all this while dealing with some personal issues. We were blessed and grateful for working with Mike Counts.
