As a 1st time buyer I had an excellent experience with Mr. Fragoso. He was very knowledgeable, exuded a lot of patience, and provided an outstanding experience. The process for getting a house was fast and effortless. Mr. Fragoso collaborated with all parties effectively. Communication between the lender, buyer, and seller was seamless. His hard work and dedication culminated into a gorgeous house to our liking. In a super- tight and difficult market for buyers- don’t know how we could have navigated the purchase of our home here so well without him. He was key and very resourceful as well as ‘thinking outside the box’ to help us land the home we wanted at a reasonable price in a hot Cary market, after a couple of humbling purchase submissions that were rejected. Miguel was awesome during the home buying process from letting us know if Va would approve us for inspection to telling us the driveway backs into a busy main road. He was the best experience I ever had with someone selling something to me and I appreciate him dearly. He even gave us a beautiful picture gift for our new house. The great experience he gave me and my family makes me want to buy another house just so he can be our realtor and I would recommend him to anybody Vets or civilians buying a home in his area. Miguel was amazing!! I was extremely nervous and cautious about looking for a home. From day one he never made me feel like settling was an option and put my family's needs and wants first. He found us an amazing deal on a new build home and fought to make it sweeter every time he talked to the builder/lender. I lost my job and thought for sure we would lose the home. Miguel was able to keep the contract and even helped me look for a suitable job. Miguel was amazing helping us with our first home buying experience. We were hestitant at first only because our first realtor didn't listen to our concerns or what we wanted. Miguel went above and beyond. He listened to what we were specifically needing with our purchase as well as understanding the things we would really like in our home. He knew of the situation we were in and was more than happy to show us as many homes as he could in a short window and worked around my work schedule. Overall, Miguel has been extremely amazing and has been able to answer all of our questions and didn't make us feel overwhelmed or rushed throughout the whole process.

Miguel did a great job. I'm a first time home buyer and he was patient and thorough in his explanations. When a builder or someone who say something he would check in and make sure I understood what was going on. Throughout the process I was stressed and voiced many concerns to Miguel, all of which he listened to and gave tips and/or insights on. On top of that Miguel had great communication.
