At first we were shopping sight unseen as the military was about to move us to North Carolina, and Miguel was awesome the whole way. He helped us identify which properties wouldn’t work for the VA loan, which towns matched our goals for our location, and wound up getting us an amazing deal on our very first home purchase. We highly appreciated his knowledge of such a large part of the state and his guidance as we made this big move in our lives. We couldn’t have done it without him! We highly recommend working with Miguel!
