Closed on a home with the help of Miguel and can honestly say that it was an easy and enjoyable experience! I could say so many good things about working with Miguel but if you do find yourself looking for a home just go ahead and make your life easier and hit him up!
Thanks for being their for us the whole step. Our transition went smooth. We couldn't have a better agent. We thank you very much.
I highly recommend Miguel, especially for veteran and first-time buyers new or returning to the Raleigh area. Miguel knows the area well and understands the process from start to finish, and is supremely patient with questions about buying a home in the area. If you or someone you know needs an experienced realtor, please reach out to him!
Miguel made my entire home-buying process seamless, keeping me informed at every major milestone. During the search for a home, he pointed out red flags on properties to help eliminate them from our options. He’s an amazing guy—diligent, hardworking, and genuinely cares about his clients. I’d recommend him any day to anyone buying or selling a home!
The experience was smooth and would highly recommend Miguel. He was very thorough in explaining everything to us, took our comments and found us a beautiful home we are very happy with. He was always available for any questions we had, and was very understanding whenever we were unsure about something. It was very reassuring to know we had been put on to such a good realtor. Now we can proudly say we are first time home owners thinks to his assistance.
Miguel has been extremely helpful and professional! He went above and beyond to find what my grandparents envisioned and was very diligent and organized through the process. We couldn't be happier with the services he provided for our family. Thanks so much!
Earlier this year Miguel helped us buy a home as our permanent residence in Cary. Today we closed on a second house that we will use as an investment. With both transactions he has been endlessly helpful walking us through the transactions then staying in touch and providing several references as we began developing a core of handymen and service providers being that we are new to the community. His professionalism has been beyond reproach and he has been a privilege to work with.
Miguel is a superb real estate agent who exceeded expectations. I highly recommend him!
Miguel was very patient, thorough and professional helping us find a house. We were new to North Carolina but he made it easy. We found a great house thanks to him.
Where to Even Begin... As a new family in the area, we felt uncertain about who to reach out to for help with finding our home. We wondered who we could trust, if they would understand our needs, and whether they would be patient like our previous realtor. Most importantly, we questioned if our realtor would go the extra mile to secure the dream home we longed for. Miguel embodies the qualities we were hoping to find and so much more. When we reached out after an unpleasant situation, he immediately put his expertise to work! He sacrificed weekends, dinners, and family time to guide us to our comfort zone. And then… he found our new home! We shared our ideal location and trusted his process, and before we knew it, we received the news every homebuyer likes to hear: THEY ACCEPTED! If we could truly rate this experience, five stars wouldn't fully capture how we felt, but we’ll leave those five stars with an exclamation point! We are incredibly grateful as a family and feel blessed to have crossed paths with Miguel. Thank you for being a crucial part of this amazing journey. We’re confident we’ll meet again in the future and look forward to it!
Miguel was great. He was there on the spot the entire process. I was stressed out during the entire process. Miguel had an open door to call or text him with any questions or concerns. I definitely will be using Miguel again for my next house buying. The home warming gift was simply amazing
If I could give Miguel more stars I would! I recommend him to everyone if buying or selling a home. He is very nice and communicated throughout the whole process and continues to talk to us and help us out even after the purchase! If you are looking to buy or sell contact Miguel!
