Miguel was awesome during the home buying process from letting us know if Va would approve us for inspection to telling us the driveway backs into a busy main road. He was the best experience I ever had with someone selling something to me and I appreciate him dearly. He even gave us a beautiful picture gift for our new house. Miguel was amazing!! I was extremely nervous and cautious about looking for a home. From day one he never made me feel like settling was an option and put my family's needs and wants first. Miguel was amazing helping us with our first home buying experience. We were hestitant at first only because our first realtor didn't listen to our concerns or what we wanted. Miguel went above and beyond. He listened to what we were specifically needing with our purchase as well as understanding the things we would really like in our home. He knew of the situation we were in and was more than happy to show us as many homes as he could in a short window and worked around my work schedule. Overall, Miguel has been extremely amazing and has been able to answer all of our questions and didn't make us feel overwhelmed or rushed throughout the whole process.

Miguel did a great job. I'm a first time home buyer and he was patient and thorough in his explanations. When a builder or someone who say something he would check in and make sure I understood what was going on. Throughout the process I was stressed and voiced many concerns to Miguel, all of which he listened to and gave tips and/or insights on. On top of that Miguel had great communication.
