Our Home Buying Experience with Miechal It’s a pleasure to tell others about our home-buying experience with Miechal. She is an excellent communicator and was always quick to answer our questions and provide helpful information. We were buying from out of state and knew very little about the area, so having an agent who was knowledgeable and trustworthy was incredibly important to us. Miechal knows the area extremely well, including the many different HOAs, which was a huge help. If she didn’t know the answer to something, she always took the time to find out. Her insight and honest input on properties were invaluable, especially since we were purchasing long distance. We always felt comfortable and confident knowing that she was looking out for our best interests. Her negotiating skills are excellent, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were protected throughout the process. Miechal made sure we understood the property, the buying process, and all of the contracts and details involved. She kept us informed every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. Beyond all of her professional knowledge and expertise, Miechal is kind, welcoming, and genuinely a lovely person. We feel that we didn’t just buy a new home — we made a new friend. We are truly grateful for everything she did for us and would highly recommend Miechal to anyone looking to buy a home.

They went over everything. Compareables, what the market was doing and what we could expect. Offered cleaning services, packing help and supplies, handyman services and plenty more. Kept us updated every step of the way and always had a smile and encouraging words. Have never had such a positive experience with a realty company. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them. Awesome service;

Miechal is amazing! She is very responsive and an excellent problem solver. Very detail oriented and always professional, friendly and has an I can do attitude. She takes care of all details from listing to the move. We highly recommend her and her team.

Miechal’s communication was one of the things that was most notable from the beginning. She didn’t leave us hanging or wondering. She was on top of any questions we had, any houses we wanted to see, and was quick to reach out to sellers on our behalf. Professional, friendly and adaptable are three words that describe Miechal.

Miechal is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. She sold my mom’s condo in a down market, sent a team to help clear out the clutter and donate and pick up belongings and furniture. She arranged for a handyman to make repairs, install ceiling fans, a new microwave, hired painters, and someone to replace, install, and paint a new garage door. Everything was seamless, and the title company she hired was just as professional. I can’t say enough good things about Miechal and her team. She is fantastic!
