Midge was excellent to work with. Midge showed us many places and was very patient will we decided on the “right” location. She facilitated the entire closing process and completed a walk through on our behalf. Midge is a consummate professional.

Midge is an excellent realtor and wonderful person to work with. She is a seasoned real estate professional with an in depth knowledge of the local market. She was extremely patient and spent many weeks with us spread out over several months to find us the perfect home. She has an extensive network of contacts among the local community - this was very useful during our search, in purchasing the home, and after we moved in. We would highly recommend Midge as a professional expert.

Midge McCarthy has very high work ethic standards, and truly cares about her clients. We were in especially difficult situation selling our vacation home in Sarasota remotely (with very limited opportunity to travel and take care of the property), and Midge has done a great job filling many of the gaps we had on maintenance and other matters, including an especially challenging period after the hurricane Irma. For a number of reasons (a major remodeling was one of them) not related to the quality of Midge's services, our property was on the Market for over 8 months, so at times it seemed very frustrating, with no end in site, but Midge would never loose hope, she would always keep a positive attitude and hard work, and those are the qualities that never fail to do the job right. There was a happy ending to our story (as I am sure was to many other stories), because of Midge's skills, perseverance, and strong sense of responsibility to her clients.

My house was in Florida and i lived in Indiana. the house also had numerous issues that had to be fixed to take it to market. Midge was exemplary at taking care of the details and keeping me well informed of everything i needed to do. She helped me arrange contractors and checked their work. I could not have completed this without her help, the hand-holding required was extensive and it was greatly appreciated. i highly recommend Midge to everyone i speak to.

My husband and I were first time home buyers during a very interesting and challenging real estate market. Midge was diligent, dependable and knowledgeable as we navigated the uncharted waters of home-buying. She was committed to helping us find the right property. Ultimately, we hit some unforeseen difficulty with the property we purchased. It was a long and arduous process. Midge went above and beyond to help bring us to the closing table and realize our dream of buying our first home. We will be forever grateful for her experience and expertise and the opportunity to have worked with her. We would definitely recommend Midge for anyone seeking a personable and knowledgeable realtor.

I am from NY and looked at a property in Sarasota, FL. I was overwhelmed with how helpful, knowledgeable and professional Midge was. She went above and beyond to keep me informed at all times. During the buying process I called her "my hands and eyes" because she handled everything without me having to fly down to Florida. I recommend her expertise to anyone who is looking for a friendly, compassionate, responsible, honest and professional agent. Midge, you are a star agent!

Midge helped me buy my first home back in 2008, I was very pleased with how she handled everything and her knowledge of the Sarasota area. I sought her out to buy my next home and she delivered excellence again!

I have completed over 20 personal real estate transactions to date. Midge McCarthy stands out from all other real estate agents. Her follow up and attention to detail are outstanding. She was excellent from start to finish.

I highly recommend Midge, you will be completely satisfied.
