We were in especially difficult situation selling our vacation home in Sarasota remotely (with very limited opportunity to travel and take care of the property), and Midge has done a great job filling many of the gaps we had on maintenance and other matters, including an especially challenging period after the hurricane Irma. For a number of reasons (a major remodeling was one of them) not related to the quality of Midge's services, our property was on the Market for over 8 months, so at times it seemed very frustrating, with no end in site, but Midge would never loose hope, she would always keep a positive attitude and hard work, and those are the qualities that never fail to do the job right. There was a happy ending to our story (as I am sure was to many other stories), because of Midge's skills, perseverance, and strong sense of responsibility to her clients.
