I highly recommend Midge. she is both professional and friendly. Midge went above and beyond to help us narrow our focus to the right neighborhood and then worked tirelessly to promote and protect our interests in a chaotic market.

Midge McCarthy is the absolute best we could ask for. Helped us all the way through our purchase process and even after. We felt very comfortable knowing that Midge was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the purchase, and never missed a beat. We would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Professional but best of all her great personality with her clients. She kept working and searching for a place that meet our request. Even in this tight housing market she found us our place...happy that we're here. Thank you Midge for making it happen!!

Midge was very attentive and adaptive to the sales process for my home. I appreciate her results of selling the home quickly and over price target. She uses top notch tools for presentation of home. Midge attacted over 40 clients in just 3 weeks which was impressive.

Very professional and helpful with information needed to review and find property one is looking for. She is understanding and patient with buyer during the frustrating time of the paperwork required by the underwriters for funding. Knowledgeable about buying procedures, local areas and puts extreme effort into searching and touring properties.

Working with Midge was an absolute pleasure. She really went above and beyond to make the whole process very easy for me. I'm a professional guardian selling a home on behalf of a client so there are additional family members and court procedures involved. Midge understands that process and was extremely responsive to me and the family, explaining everything in detail and working quickly to negotiate our deal. She was involved in every aspect of the sale and facilitated communication between me, my estate attorney and the closing agent. Midge even went so far to assist with the close that she delivered the closing documents to me so sign/notarize so I didn't have to travel to the agent's office. She provides excellent customer service and I highly recommend her.

Midge went out of her way to make me feel that my wants and needs mattered. She walked me through the whole process from narrowing down my lists to being with me at closing until the last signature. I highly recommend you contact Midge if you are ready to buy or sell.

Midge was thoughtful, honest and worked hard to make sure we were informed, happy and to allow us to realize our dreams. Her availability to us throughout the entire process was outstanding!

Midge was great to work with- proactive, responsive and willing to go the extra mile. With her help we were able to get to closing on time, and hit the ground running with our renovation. Thank you, Midge!

I found Midge was very professional. She sold my house in 3 weeks for full price after my previous agency failed to after 6 months. Highly recommended.

Midge, I am so grateful for everything you did for me while looking for and purchasing a home. It could have been a great challenge for me to accomplish while working on the road, but you made it almost effortless. Thank you for keeping me on track and taking care of every aspect including the Lender, insurance and inspections. You reassured me along the way that we would find the right home, and You did! I am telling everyone about you and process.

Midge has a lot of experience in the area we were interested in and she steered us to available homes that fit our resources and met our expectations for a home. She was able to adapt as some of our expectations evolved after seeing a few homes. She effectively used technology to enhance the experience for us so that we were able to review several homes online before scheduling appointments.
