The idea to sell our home started in May when someone came up to our house and made us an offer. At the time it took us by surprise and we seriously considered excepting their offer. At that time a family member recommended that we speak with Midge who they had known for many years and said she was very honest and would give us an honest estimate of what our home was worth.
