The idea to sell our home started in May when someone came up to our house and made us an offer. At the time it took us by surprise and we seriously considered excepting their offer. We ended up with a new construction home and when the cement floors of the garage ended up with a few oil spills, Midge spoke with the contractor and had a sub contractor in on our closing day upgrading our garage floors to terrazo flooring free of charge.
