If you are buying or selling, Midge is the best. She helped us find the perfect home within budget that met all of our needs. We ended up with a new construction home and when the cement floors of the garage ended up with a few oil spills, Midge spoke with the contractor and had a sub contractor in on our closing day upgrading our garage floors to terrazo flooring free of charge. She found tons of small items at our pre-close walk through and made sure our home was move in ready and everything we needed. She knows all the areas from Parrish to North Port, steered us in the right direction the whole time and we love our home.
