Michelle was an absolute dream to work with. She kept us informed every step of the way, and helped us navigate this (very overwhelming) process. We were able to contact her directly with her cell phone number, and I do think we may have abused that a little bit, but you'd never know because she was super professional and polite throughout every text message, email, or conversation. She seemed to know a network of people throughout the real estate industry, and would call on anyone she needed to answer our questions or to get things moving quickly.
