Michelle was always there to answer any questions we had no matter how small, or how late into the night we got ahold of her after working late. Her knowledge on the market and really the whole process made us feel very comfortable throughout.

Michelle was available at all times of the day, which helped with us being on closing shifts. Any question no matter how silly & stupid she answered it and made sure we understood what she was saying. I felt VERY protected. Anytime I was concerned I went to her and it was like a weight being lifted off your chest. The way she explained escalation clause and how to negotiate in general helped us make an offer because we wouldn’t have known where to even start with numbers and offers.
