Michelle reached out to us a few times and when we were ready to sell she was the first one to call. She was very knowledgeable of the sales in our area and recommended a plan and sales price. We contacted another realtor who gave us a price that was $10K less making us wonder if Michelle was just trying to get our listing. Then she marketed the house and we had 4 offers within a few days all for asking price or over asking price.
