Michelle reached out to us a few times and when we were ready to sell she was the first one to call. She was very knowledgeable of the sales in our area and recommended a plan and sales price. We contacted another realtor who gave us a price that was $10K less making us wonder if Michelle was just trying to get our listing. We went with Michelle and she helped us move items out so she could take pictures. She also helped clean some of the house as we were in a rush to move out. Then she marketed the house and we had 4 offers within a few days all for asking price or over asking price.
