We could not have had a more knowledgeable and professional realtor sell our home and represent us. She put in a lot of effort and time to determine the proper listing price, taking into consideration unique features of our home. We highly recommend Michelle and her team!!!

Professional, organized, makes selling home easy, knows the market well, personable & wonderful communication! She was willing to list higher than others and feel like we got top $ for our home and it sold so incredibly fast! She really knows the market!

Throughout the listing and selling our home, Michelle provided first-class service and the process was flawless. Local Knowledge: Her knowledge of both the Twin Creeks neighborhood and Allen (in general) is extremely impressive. Michelle is a long-term resident of the area and a seasoned real estate professional who can provide a history lesson on comparative neighborhood values, original builders, available floor plans, HOA rules, etc. In valuing our house, she made valuable home improvement recommendations, such as installing hardware floors which greatly enhanced the value and marketability of our home. She even provided us with a connection to a wholesale flooring manufacturer and a great installer. Process Expertise: From our first meeting, we immediately felt comfortable with Michelle and her team. Michelle explained the process in simple to understand steps. She handled everything in a timely manner and was proactive in ensuring we never missed a step. The marketing of our home was exceptional, with her contracting for a professional stager and photographer who greatly complimented the look and feel of our property. Responsiveness: Michelle was always great about answering our questions -- no matter how large or small -- in a timely manner. Her answers were always well thought out -- not just telling what we wanted to hear, but acting as a trusted advisor. Negotiation Skills: Michelle was great on this front. She worked extremely well with the buyer's realtor negotiating a very good win-win deal for both parties. In closing, we cannot recommend Michelle highly enough. She is not only a first-class realtor, but also a caring and super nice person.

Michelle was fantastic. We listed our home with another agent but they were unable to sell our home (90 days). We spoke to Michelle and she helped us get our house ready for sale - within 2 weeks of listing with Michelle, house sold. She is the best and I highly recommend Michelle.

This is the second time that Michelle Musick Jones has represented us in selling our home in Allen, and we could not be more pleased with her professionalism and proven results. She came prepared to our listing appointment with not only the most recent market data, but with a full and complete understanding of market trends in Allen and surrounding areas. She listened and provided the necessary input to help us decide upon the best listing price. Her advice concerning the timing for our entry into the market was absolutely spot on, resulting in an offer in just 11 days. Her entire team is collaborative and engaged with their clients throughout the sales process. We would not hesitate to call Michelle again to represent us in the sale of our property and wholeheartedly recommend her!

Words can't express how much we loved working with Michelle and her team! They were professional in every way, they went above and beyond and from the time we listed with her, and throughout the process we never worried about a thing! They know the area and the market so well that we trusted them to guide us and they didn't let us down! Absolutely nobody compares! I would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell to use this amazing group!

This is the third time we have used Michelle Musick Jones to help us relocate in or out of the Dallas area. We recently sold our home in Lexington in Twin Creeks. The listing process was smooth as always. She handled the details, she got us one of the highest prices in our neighborhood, and had our home under contract before school was out! She worked with the appraiser and we had no appraisal issues as many of our friends have. I would not use anyone but Michelle for my real estate in the Dallas area!
