Michelle Musick Jones Team was excellent. They went above and beyond with their service and attention to detail. They got us multiple offers and all over asking. The professionalism and service are unmatched. This was our fourth sale, and I have to say it was our best experience.
This is our second home buy/sell experience with Michelle and team. And we were again extremely happy with Michelle's guidance through the process, and specifically her experience in securing and closing a deal.
We recently sold our home in Parker with the help of the MMJ Team. The level of expertise and service was excellent from not only Michelle but her entire team. Every bit of advice, strategy, and direction Michelle gave us was spot-on and helped us close quickly with multiple offers. We could not be happier and highly recommend Michelle and her team!!
Michelle helped us find the home of our dreams. There aren’t enough words to describe how happy we are. She’s the best realtor around!!
We just closed on the sale of our home in Allen with the help of Michelle and her team. With Michelle’s knowledge and expertise our house sold and closed in a month. Before the house went on the market she made suggestions on what we should repair or touch up. Her stager made suggestions on how to show off the house with the things we already have. Her photographer took such beautiful photos that it looked like it came out of a magazine. With these things added together along with Michelle’s strategy to price the house just right we got a huge amount of showings over a weekend and we got 12 offers. The one we went with was $90,000 over asking! Michelle’s team offered exceptional level of service. We were comfortable enough to take off for the weekend while the house was being shown. We handed our home over to Michelle and her team and they made sure to turn off the lights and turn on the alarm at the end of each day. We can always get in touch with her to ask questions and she responds promptly with professionalism no matter how silly we think the questions may be. We highly recommend using Michelle and her team for your real estate needs!
Michelle sold our home! Michelle and her team convey professionalism and respect for clients and completion each and every step of the real estate listing and final sale process. Every question we posed was answered in a timely manner. The MMJ team knows the market is current with home buyer trends and vigilant on real estate requirements and regulations. She resonates trust and competence!
My fiancé and I worked with realtor Alona Moore. She was exceptional. She was in constant communication, cleared up any confusion, was very responsive, cordial, professional, and knew the market very well. As first time home renters we felt confident that we were in good hands with her.
We have to take a moment and write a review on the wonderful experience we’ve had with Michelle. The level of professionalism, and knowledge of the Realty market she expressed was outstanding! With her initial visit, she shared and explained every detail with us. The whole process Staging, photography, ideas on small touch ups to the home, were addressed. Every question was answered thoroughly and kindly. She shared contacts to other professionals to help. (With regard to touch up paint to stonework to hard wood floor questions). Every idea was thought through. And we really felt thoroughly satisfied by the time she left. Our home sold very quickly! She walked us through multiple offers, for the offer that make the most for us! We were pleasantly surprised how quickly it sold and closed. One a personal note, all of what happened was really needed, we have a busy home with family and pets. Michelle was very attentive to our personal needs. We can highly recommend this wonderful realtor Michelle Musick Jones!
