Michelle and the entire team are first class. On the sell side, she had a plan from the first day. The house was staged and photographed. Per her plan, we put it on the market and had an open house two days later. On day three, mainly due to the 'buzz' Michelle had created around the house, we had six offers in hand. Quickly after that, we had a contract. Flawless! On the 'buy' side, Michelle's agent, Alona, was wonderful. She was responsive and knew just how to handle us. When we would get down to the actual offer, Michelle would stay involved. She gave us a price or two to offer if we could walk away and a price if we had to have it. In the offer we made on the house we actually purchased, Michelle's 'really want it' price was over 6 figures less than what we were willing to pay. We took her advice, got the house, and saved a lot of money. From Michelle to James to Alona to Kimberly to Rachel, we were dealt with professionally. I would do it again and I would recommend them to anyone.
