My doorbell rang one morning about two about 2 1/2, almost 3 years ago, and when I answered it, there stood Michelle Meinhart. She knocked on my door to let me know she had a potential buyer (even though I wasn't on the market 😳) and wanted to see if I had any interest in marketing my home.
