Michele Gunter is absolutely astounding in regards to personal attention. We were amazed with her ability to make our move from Ohio to Kentucky seem like we were dealing with an old friend that we have known for years. She went way far and above our expectations. I would highly recommend Michele to  anybody who needs a personal, responsive, and trustworthy friend who will go many extra miles to find the home of their dreams. 10 out of 5 Stars.

Michelle was on top of her game. A go getter, nice and polite. I love how I didn't have to do much on my part. I appreciate everything she has did and helped with.

Michelle was great to work with. We live out of state and Michelle made time to show us houses last minute whenever we were able to come into town. She did a video phone call with me so she could show me around one of the houses I was interested in. She showed us a couple of the houses more than once because we weren't sure about them. I recommended her to my niece and her husband, they used Michelle and had a contract on their house in 6 days. Michelle knows her stuff.

Michelle did an awesome job helping with the sell of our house (which went on the market late Thursday and we got an offer for full price by Sunday morning) and the purchase of our new home. She showed us several houses that were nice but none filled our needs completely. She said "don't worry, we will find a house you will like". A few days later she informed us of a house that was not on the market at the time but was getting ready to be on the market in three weeks. She was able to get us in the house to look at it before it came on the market, we loved it, made an offer, and bought it. She is awesome!!!

After I made some kind of blind inquiry about some house on Zillow, Michelle Gunter reached out to me, She called me, introduced herself, and persuaded me it wouldn't hurt to let her help me find a house.She explained how it would work, simply and clearly, so I didn't feel high-jacked.. Michelle was very professional from start to finish. Showing people house after house must be exhausting and tedious, but she never showed it. After we chose a house, she worked fast and tirelessly to get all the next steps done and the deal complete. Negotiations, inspections, all the paperwork - we ourselves had no clue how to go about things, but she made the whole process surprisingly painless. Also, as we are an older couple, we're a bit slow, a bit technology-challenged, but she was very patient and a good guide. Michelle Gunter is a dynamo. We are big fans.

Michelle was very helpful. I was a first time homebuyer and she showed me several homes and gave me very good advice on everything I needed to do (home inspections, termite inspections, etc). Even gave me the number to a mortgage lender that I ended up going with for my loan. She also helped me negotiate more money back from the sellers after it was discovered they didn't fix the things they were supposed to from the home inspection. Overall I would recommend her to other prospective buyers
