Michelle is a hard worker and very professional. She showed us so-o many houses before we eventually chose one, and was patient and tireless throughout the process. We shopped for houses mainly on-line since we were buying from out-of-state. We looked at a number of houses and frequently contacted Michelle and her team with requests for additional information and ultimately to place a bid on a house. We never lost a house because we placed a bid too late. Michelle usually suggested that we modify out bid, usually lower than the asking price and that always worked out for us, as well. We ended up putting offers on four houses before we finally purchased a house. In some cases the pictures were deceiving and in most cases we found that the houses needed too much work after going through the inspection process. Michelle was patient while we went through our purchase process and we ended up with a house that we are extremely happy with. She recommended a very good house inspector that kept us from several houses that would have been money pits had we purchased them. We appreciated Michelle and her team's help as we purchased our house and would recommend her to anyone looking for a house.
