We were already out of state, we had issues with a previous contractor and our home was in Berea and she was based out of Nicholasville- the distance was never an issue. She was always available for any issue, visit at our home or made sure one of her team members would be available. Her team took fantastic photos, she had a contractor on her team (to correct/finish project) that was equally professional and prices were reasonable. She is the full package as a realtor, knowledgeable of the market, had a strategy and we sold higher than we ever expected. We would recommend her for ANY real estate need. Trust me, you will not be disappointed and you will feel like you are her only client even when you see her close deal after deal on Facebook and Zillow.
