Michelle is awesome at what she does. She listens well to your desires, and is extremely patient during the process of trying to find the perfect home. You can tell that she is very knowledgable, and you never have to wonder if she's just trying to sell you. She made me feel safe as a first time home buyer years ago. She was available through the years anytime I needed assistance. And she was readily available to help my husband and me when it was time for us to purchase our new home, no matter how slow and picky we were. Couldn't ask for more!

Great experience both buying and selling with Michelle. She made it feel as if we were her only client. While selling she was able to get needed repairs done to the house extremely fast with contractors she works with and at great prices. While buying she was able to show us any house, anywhere, anytime. Worked with our loan officer to make sure everyone was always on the same page, and was always extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

She was always available for any issue, visit at our home or made sure one of her team members would be available. Her team took fantastic photos, she had a contractor on her team (to correct/finish project) that was equally professional and prices were reasonable. She is the full package as a realtor, knowledgeable of the market, had a strategy and we sold higher than we ever expected. We would recommend her for ANY real estate need. This was our second time with Michelle Gunter trading property. She had previously helped us sell a place and this time we were purchasing a new place. Michelle and Jesse were quick to help with any needs and didn't mind the 60+ mile trip to the house we eventually ended buying. It's always great when you have a realtor that you can trust to have your best interest to heart. Michelle was amazing! I'm sure she had multiple clients at the same time she was working with us, but we felt like we were her only ones. She seemed to drop whatever she was doing to either respond to our questions, needs or show us a house that was multiple cities away from her.
