Great experience both buying and selling with Michelle. She made it feel as if we were her only client. While selling she was able to get needed repairs done to the house extremely fast with contractors she works with and at great prices. While buying she was able to show us any house, anywhere, anytime. Worked with our loan officer to make sure everyone was always on the same page, and was always extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

We were already out of state, we had issues with a previous contractor and our home was in Berea and she was based out of Nicholasville- the distance was never an issue. She was always available for any issue, visit at our home or made sure one of her team members would be available. Her team took fantastic photos, she had a contractor on her team (to correct/finish project) that was equally professional and prices were reasonable. She is the full package as a realtor, knowledgeable of the market, had a strategy and we sold higher than we ever expected. We would recommend her for ANY real estate need. Trust me, you will not be disappointed and you will feel like you are her only client even when you see her close deal after deal on Facebook and Zillow. This was our second time with Michelle Gunter trading property. She had previously helped us sell a place and this time we were purchasing a new place. Michelle and Jesse were quick to help with any needs and didn't mind the 60+ mile trip to the house we eventually ended buying. It's always great when you have a realtor that you can trust to have your best interest to heart.
