I wish I could give 100 stars. Michelle Gunter and her entire team were fantastic. Our sale was a complicated listing. We were already out of state, we had issues with a previous contractor and our home was in Berea and she was based out of Nicholasville- the distance was never an issue. She was always available for any issue, visit at our home or made sure one of her team members would be available. Her team took fantastic photos, she had a contractor on her team (to correct/finish project) that was equally professional and prices were reasonable. She is the full package as a realtor, knowledgeable of the market, had a strategy and we sold higher than we ever expected. We would recommend her for ANY real estate need. Trust me, you will not be disappointed and you will feel like you are her only client even when you see her close deal after deal on Facebook and Zillow. Amazing, professional, kind... a true rockstar in real estate.

This was our second time with Michelle Gunter trading property. She had previously helped us sell a place and this time we were purchasing a new place. Michelle and Jesse were quick to help with any needs and didn't mind the 60+ mile trip to the house we eventually ended buying. It's always great when you have a realtor that you can trust to have your best interest to heart. I would highly recommend Michelle and while I hope to not be moving again any time soon, I would use her services again without thought if needed.

Michelle was amazing! I'm sure she had multiple clients at the same time she was working with us, but we felt like we were her only ones. She seemed to drop whatever she was doing to either respond to our questions, needs or show us a house that was multiple cities away from her. I felt like we not a gained a realtor for our future home needs, but a friend too!

Working with Michelle was fantastic. As first time home buyers, my wife and I were a little overwhelmed by the process, but Michelle walked us through every step and made it a whole lot easier than we expected. She helped us find a great home and she went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Michelle’s knowledge of the market helped us place the strongest offer we could. We did not get the first house we fell in love with, but she encouraged us to keep trying, knowing the perfect house for us was out there and we would find it. We did eventually find another home we loved and our offer was accepted. It was a long, bumpy and emotional road to closing. While we would get discouraged, Michelle kept us from giving up. It did not take long to see how Michelle and her well-qualified team have become one of the top selling reality firms in Lexington. Now we sit in our new house, anxious to put our touch on our new home.

Michelle was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. We are not planning working with a realtor but Michelle was recommended by a trusted friend. We would have no hesitation working with her again and recommending her to others.
