Michelle went above and beyond for us buying our home. We were nothing short of a pain between my fiancé and I never agreeing and the back and forth with the sellers. Michelle was in contact with us every step of the way. She was extremely informative and knowledgeable about every tiny detail involved in our buying process. She caught uneven floors before I even considered it an option. Not only does she know what she’s doing, she’s an absolute light in this world. Michelle is such an asset to have when buying or selling a home. I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle on multiple buys and sells. She first sold a condo for me in 10 days! She spent months of showing homes to my husband and I before helping us put in an offer on our forever home. Michelle knows the local market very well. She's very responsive regardless of the day or time of day. In general, buying a house and selling a house is very stressful, but she answered all of my questions, put me in contact with a great home inspector and loan originator. She was on top of making sure timing aligned with being able to move into our new house before the sale closed on our old house. She was with us every step of the way and left us a beautiful photo album for our new memories and picture to hang in our new home.
