They helped me rehab the property enough to get it ready for a new owner to make it their own!

I believe she should be the number 1 choice for anyone trying to market a unique property or selling/buying in these difficult and unpredictable times.
I would NEVER recommend this realtor! I had many issues with Michelle Smith, too many to list here, but the most significant problem I have with her is that she listed our house for $529,000 and within two weeks we had an offer of $445k. Ms. Smith encouraged us to consider this offer, even though the appraisal on our home came in at $520,000 and she is supposed to be acting in our best interest. She was willing to sell our home for $84,000 UNDER asking price and $75,000 under appraised value in order to get a quick sale, in my opinion!! A day or two later, the same buyer offered $500k and Ms. Smith again encouraged us to accept the offer. I rejected that offer as well and got another offer of $510,000 from the same buyer almost immediately. This told me that the buyer really wanted our house and had I accepted the first offer, as Ms. Michelle Smith suggested, it would have cost us $65,000! I wanted to reject the $510k offer also and at least get the appraised value for our house but the co-owner accepted the $510 offer and I had no choice. My opinion is that, while Ms. Smith was telling me that she "represents the seller" and is "doing all she can for us" her real motivation is a quick sale at our expense, not our best interests! In my opinion Ms Smith was dishonest, manipulative, and added stress to an already stressful situation. Add to all of this her tendency to over-share and over-complicate the process, and her unprofessional texts along with smiley faces and emojis late into the evening...I cannot recommend this Realtor
