Michelle Carter Smith is the bomb, she did a great job helping us navigate the sale of our home in a very tricky market. In a buyer's market she helped us price competitively while still getting a fair price. We ended up with 4 very solid offers and were able to select the best. It was a rollercoaster ride for sure, and having Michelle there to advise at key moments and make sure all the paperwork was done correctly was huge. In addition I felt she went above and beyond, making herself available, as she was out of town on a family vacation during the first week of our listing. We were not able to get our house listed until very late in October, right before she had to go out of town. During that time she made sure we were taken care of and was completely involved on a daily basis despite being in a time zone 8 hrs ahead of us, taking a vacation with her family. In a nutshell we had to list our house at a terrible time of the year, and also as the market was going in the toilet, spiralling downwards into a strong buyers market, with interest rates soaring, but were still able to get our house sold quickly and competitively. She will interview you and make sure your offer making status is ready to go. She will then be aware of what you are looking for and when anything suitable comes onto the market, she will notify you asap. She is thorough, honest and no nonsense. Everything went surprisingly smoothly this last time, despite the lack of communication from the other broker and the uniqueness of the property.
