Michelle Carter Smith is the bomb, she did a great job helping us navigate the sale of our home in a very tricky market. In a buyer's market she helped us price competitively while still getting a fair price. We ended up with 4 very solid offers and were able to select the best. It was a rollercoaster ride for sure, and having Michelle there to advise at key moments and make sure all the paperwork was done correctly was huge. In addition I felt she went above and beyond, making herself available, as she was out of town on a family vacation during the first week of our listing. We were not able to get our house listed until very late in October, right before she had to go out of town.
